Who called from 4014329938

received a call and when I called back it stated the number was disconnected

Someone from this number called me claiming to be Sovereign Bank and asking about a home equity line I was supposedly applying for.  However, I doubt it is really Sovereign Bank, as I don't own a home.

This number has called three times, left two voicemails. It just beeps when I answer and when I call back it says the number is disconnected.

Obviously a scam - Its just scary. How do they get your number?
