These people are serious criminals. I have been on their calls list for 3-4 years. Have thought about changing my number just to get away from them. I have tried everything. You can't block their number because they stealing numbers and using them so you can't track where they are. They want your credit information, and they are 100% scam artists. Terrible the BBB can't get these people stopped. I even asked if the number she called me on was okay to call back on and her response was, "Uh, sure." When I asked for her name she refused to give it and refused to give me the name of her company. She had no info on me, and said she couldn't give me any information on myself until I gave her my credit card number and SS#. So illegal and disgusting these people are. Said they are calling to lower my interest rates. I have no credit card debt at all. Don't even know where they got my # in the first place. And if you tell them you don't have debt, or aren't interested. or to simply take you off their list they flat out hang up on you.
