I'm guessing it is NCO Financial trying to collect on a debt. I have a past due credit card and they have been calling from a different number every day, and this is the number the call came from today, but I didn't answer.
It's suppossed to be a collection agency, but my guess is it's 100% scam! I don't have any credit card debt that ever went to bill collectors and if they were legit, they would leave a message or send something in the mail. They're total scammers and wouldn't send them a penny, even if I did have debt.
