If you are getting these numbers on your phone, just put a block restriction on your cell phone through the security settings on your phone, this way since they are not on your contacts list, they will not get through your phone...They will stop since it will tell them there number is restricted from accessing the number they dialed...
this number is a message center for verizon. I called verizon and they told me its a land line message center the funny thing is I never had a land line with verizon. If you want it to stop call Verizon direct or call 800-483-4000 or 800-837-4966. The calls will stop
