I got this message on both my cell and home numbers within a few hours of each other. One is a Rhode Island number and the other is a Massachusetts number. I'd think someone was trying to reach me, but no message was left either time. Apparently it belongs to "Ubio, Inc.", an exporter from Rhode Island. While they are in my area, I have certainly NEVER done business with them and have never even heard of them.

The number on your caller ID can easily be faked. They often are, by scammers, who can also fake the name that shows. Sad to say, what started out as a helpful option, Caller ID is now untrustworthy.
The call could have come from anywhere. The fact that you got calls on both your numbers implies some scammer -- or more likely, some scammer's robot dialer -- connected with a listing for you in some database.
Annoying, possibly criminal if anyone falls for their schemes, but not really creepy.
Trick is not to answer the calls and never call back, which only establishes your number(s) as valid numbers with inquisitive people who will interact.
