his number showed up on my NEWLY registered PRIVATE, PRE-PAID Cell phone. Call came in on a **SUNDAY** EVENING at ***9:48PM*** and registered as 'voice mail' BUT I DO NOT HAVE VOICE MAIL SET UP on this number - on purpose. Interesting this call came just HOURS after I registered this NEW cell with NET 10. We get FAR TOO MANY calls from the "401" Area code, which is IN THE SAME TIME ZONE as we are (unless, of course, it comes, most likely, from INDIA, where the NET 10 CALL CENTERS ARE - and they are using SPOOFED OUTGOING NUMBERS) SO they SHOULD KNOW that **Twelve minutes to TEN AT NIGHT is TOO LATE TO CALL and ***ILLEGAL*** under ***ALL*** Telemarketing RULES.
NOT ONLY did those SOB's LOB OFF some of our PRE-PAID and ACCUMULATED MINUTES in the transfer to this new phone, but NOW they are trying to STEAL some MORE of these with these BOGUS Calls???
NET 10 - and especially those INDIAN B*STARDS - SUCK.
