Just got a call from Rhode Island.  That's a new one.  Call received 9/28/15 at 4:55PM, EDT, and of course I didn't answer.  CID was simply "Rhode Island".  I would say that scammers are spoofing every state (and country), but I won't be their victim.  A little research on two other sites reveals that the number is invalid.
