Who called from 4016486543

Some scam about a free alarm system. You [***] I am on a no call list, [***]

Left Voicemail:
"Hello the FBI reports there is a home break in every 15 seconds. Your local police recommend you protect your home. If you will allow us to place a small sign in your yard we will install a new security system at absolutely no cost to you whatsoever. There is no cost for the system or the installation whatsoever. To hear more. Press one now to be placed on our do not call list press nine."

Answered and a recorded voice said "This is not a sales call.  You have been referred by a friend to receive a free home security system."  I hung up

Left no voicemail on my cell. Just as stated above, caller ID started with "V" a few numbers, then 401-648-6543. I assume it's another scammer from overseas.

Call came in with this number and it was listed as East Provide R.I.  No message left. They need to get a real job rather than bothering people with random calls!!!!
