This is also used by CVS Customer Care to follow up on complaints about their stores. It was not an automated call. They were asking for additional information about a problem I had with a CVS on the west coast, so they must deal with complaints for all US stores.
Was a voice mail left by a CVS Customer Care representative; personal call ... explaining in detail how a complaint was being handled, providing a confirmation number and an exact date when I'd hear from a local representative.
Why did I get a call from this number at 4:42 AM on Saturday, October 25, 2015?
It shocked me awake from a deep sleep and I never got back to sleep!!!!!
I have repeatedly asked the local store to NEVER call me on my home line or my cellphone. I will read a text but do not answer any calls from numbers we do not recognize, are unidentified, where the caller ID is blocked or "out of area". If it important enough to bother me by phone then it should be important enough to leave a message. We will listen to the message and then WE will decide if it is important enough for us to respond to the message.
If Phone calls continue we will have to take our business elsewhere.
