Sophie the exact same thing happened to me

Don't answer if/when they call again and never call back an unknown number.

No idea who the caller is. I just got a call from this # @ 9pm. The phone rang once and that was it.

Lisa Reward Redemption SCAM
Call back gets "Hi, this is Lisa (or Christy or John) with Reward Redemption...."  It's a big SCAM.  BBB has a warning for consumers.  Read here:
