Received a call on my cell (also in Rhode Island) at 2:30 PM on Jan. 7, with no message. I completely stopped answering my cell phone unless I'm certain that I recognize either the caller or the number. I figure that if it's important the mystery caller will leave a message, and 99 percent of the time there's no message.
Do these idiots really think I will answer an unknown number and I know it is the same one that calls every day, but just uses a new number? And for the most part it only rings once. Then I block it on my cell, but really....
