Called my cell phone in Rhode Island at about 2:20 PM on Sept. 2. I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number, and no message was left. I called the number back from another phone, and a scratchy, breaking-up voicemail said that the survey that I was called for is now finished. This was the exact same voicemail that I received a couple days later from 401-257-7791.
