Who called from 4017651500

If it was cvs why would they call me  at 2:00 am! I never deal with them! I live in Canada!

Received call grom this number at 11:37 p.m., 11:49 p.m. and again at 12:24 a.m. overnight.  WTF?  No message left.

This was a call back from Minute Clinic billing department.

It's 4:12 AM.  Have recieved three calls from this number over the last seven minutes.  Four AM?  Really?  This happens regularly.  The CVS management here at the Port Huron MI store #8301 is a joke and will be getting another call from me later this morning.

I'm guessing it is a spoofed ID. Caller ID showed "C,VS PHARMACY M". They can't spell their own name? In any event, I am not talking to any CVS number that is not my local pharmacy that I do business with and that I am expecting a call from.
