Who called from 4019412410

Just got called from automated "Heather" wanting to lower my credit card interest rates.  This same call came in a few days ago from a totally different number.  Totally ridiculous that the message says "this is your final notice", but then they say "press 2 if you do not want any further notifications".  Isn't that a contradiction????  I only wish this was my FINAL NOTICE from those vermin!

Call received on mobile phone from unknown caller. They never said anything.
