Who called from 4019687957

I didn't answer and of course they didn't leave a message.  Probably trying to collect money from the deadbeats that used of have my phone number.

I got a call from this numbers saying its "West asset Management, a debt collector"  I did not answer and I don't owe anything to anyone so don't pick up it looks like a scam when reviewing the posts on the internet.

Repeated calls with no message from this number over the course of a week.

Repeated calls with no message from this number and when I return the phone call, the number is not in service.
