One of those "Hello, can you hear me" scams where they get you to say Yes right off the bat.

They called and nothing was said once I answered. I called back and then my phone had to restart

Can you hear me scam.

No message.  Calls, hangs up.  Then calls again within 60 seconds.  this is harassing.  It is about time someone starts holding these telephone carriers responsible for this as accomplices.
