Some "insurance discount" fraud.  Finally admitted that he was calling from Ohio.  Could not explain how it displayed a phone number in Nebraska.  Refused to tell me how he got my number.  Very thick foreign accent (middle eastern?) and difficult to understand.  Could not tell me who the local agent is.  He finally hung up rather than answer my questions.  Obviously fishing for personal information.  Blocked the number.
