I also received a call from this number, claiming to be from Chase to tell me about some "offer." It went to my voice mail. They knew my full name. I don't know if it is legitimate or a scam, but I would guess scam. Better to err on the side of overly cautious.

I have not been to the Dr. recently or have a chase account. I did not answer it and they left no voicemail. My golden rule, if I do not know the number it always goes to voicemail and then I will decide whether to respond or not. Won't get my time or my info that way.
