Called my cell phone, did not leave message, and cannot be called back.

Called twice, left no message.

Called yesterday, hung up after I said "hello." Busy signal when I called back.

Called my cell. Did not recognize the number so I did not answer. No message.

If you answer these unknown callers they often make note at what time someone answers the phone and then use this information to target calls to you. This makes your number more valuable to other spammers.

DO NOT ANSWER UNKNOWN  NUMBERS!
