Who called from 4022564007

Did not answer, they left no message.

I received a call from this number.  The caller ID said "Laurel" and that was all.  When I answered an automated voice said "Good-bye".  Nothing else.

We have gotten 2-3 a day. Some guy says "Hello, Hello" to our answering machine. Sometimes he says "No Message" and hangs up.

The "Laurel" is Laurel, Nebraska. Originally, the phone number was a Qwest landline from 1994. It now is associated with General Service Bureau, a collection agency, on Blondo Street in Omaha, Nebraska (may have been ported or reassigned).

In error, have received multiple harassing calls from the number and has been reported to local police for investigation.

i talked to them, they seem to be from a insurance health care, saying we may qualify for tax free or help with insurance premiums, ???
