Called left no message! Do no call list does not work!

The FTC's DNC list does not stop people who are masking their numbers and just dialing to try and scam people. Reputable companies do use the DNC file. The problem is, most of these calls are coming from somebody overseas, masking their number as something it isn't. They can't stop these sorts of things.

I received this call 3 x a week. I am tired of this call. I want them blocked.

I just ignored the call, seeing at it was from someone I didn't know, but supposedly from my home state.  The message left was a free cruise to the Bahamas for participating in a short survey
