robocall on my phone from  402-471-5082 caller ID said "HEALTH & HUMAN" on Tuesday 01-24-17 at 1006 AM

card member services "called" from this spoofed number (of the Nebraska dist office of the water resource division.)
male SCAMMER with strong india/hindi acccent asked "how are you doing today?"
(SCAMMERS have been using this phrase quite often lately)
told the SCAMMER "was doing fine until a mxxxxxxxd (expletive) SCAMMER called me."
continued with a barage of india/hindi expletives and the SCAMMER hung-up.
