Yes, the call comes in as "QVD" but they insist they are calling from the Cancer Society. I have received calls daily at all hours. I requested that they stop calling me and take me off their list. And they don't, and keep calling over and over.
Caller said I was harder to get a hold of than cookies on the top shelf. Said she was with the American Cancer Society. Caller id says QVD. Told her we were not interested and do not call back.
