Answered phone with a slight pause before addressing me by my first name. Advised soliciting for homeless vets. Told him only take solicitations at my business not on Friday nights at 9pm at my residence. Disregarded what I said so I Disregarded what he said. SCAM
Received 3 calls today from this number. He said he is collecting for homeless vets, and very aggresive in wanting money. He just wouldn't stop! Beware of this scammer!
After receiving several calls from 402-695-5262 (Emerson, NE) I picked up the phone and waited, the caller asked for me by my first name. After a pause, I asked who was calling. By that time no one was still on the line. I decided they really didn't want to talk to me, they wanted something else,(money? my credit card number? whatever?) so I will not be answering this number again. Thank goodness for caller ID. How does anyone live without it? Our telephone service is interrupted all the time by these pesky people calling. And we are on the DO NOT CALL list. That doesn't help a bit. Anyway, do not answer this call from Emerson, NE because they want something from you.
Received 3 calls from this number today. Answered the third one and the caller asked for me by first name to which I said who is this...he hung up. Best we can do is make record of phone numbers like this on sites like this, so that people know not to answer their phone.
