Answered phone with a slight pause before addressing me by my first name. Advised soliciting for homeless vets. Told him only take solicitations at my business not on Friday nights at 9pm at my residence. Disregarded what I said so I Disregarded what he said. SCAM
Scamming for money. Stated it was for the veterans. Kept insisting I give a donation. Told him to mail me the stuff and I'd take a look at it. Then he rudely hung up on me. Hope that is last I hear from them. Scam,scam, scam!! Don't give out any information! Number is out of Emerson, Ne 402-695-5262. Looking for money, credit card info, etc.
I, too, have received numerous calls from this number. A man on the other end asked for me by name and was extremely rude when I indicated that I don't make donations over the phone. I indicated that I would be happy to consider a donation if he mailed a request so I could research his "charity". This was several Months ago, and (no surprise) I didn't receive any follow-up by mail. He was VERY PUSHY AND RUDE. I asked him to kindly take me off his calling list. Now I'm getting several calls each day from this number and if I pick up, there's silence on the other end. Truly harassment. Don't pick up calls from this number!!!!
