Phone rang once. I called back and they told me that I had been awarded a $100 Walmart and Kmart gift card and a $50 visa gift card. They then asked my address and how I wanted to pay for the shipping charge. I asked why I had to pay a charge when the cards were free. Silence-I said no thank you and hung up. I posted this number on Facebook and stated it was a big scam. The govt should shut them down
