Who called from 4027490406

I just answered this as I live very close to Alexandria Nebraska.  The guy said his name was Julian Cross and was calling for the Disabled Vets.  Wanted money.  I should not have answered it.  I told him I give to vet charities (true) and I NEVER give money over the phone to people who call me.  I hung up as he started to argue.  These people are not calling from Alexandria Nebraska.  Jerks.

They just held the line open. I hope they weren't registering my number to call again b/c it worked.

I hit the redial number.  silent ring on the other end and the a computer generated voice came on saying all associates are busy.  It did not say what company it is or where.

They keep switching their # and I keep adding the to the "block" list
