Have received a few calls from "Katrina McCoy" of the Processing and Summons Division saying 2 charges are to be filed against me in my county and that I should call them to take care of the matter before I receive the summons. If I do not respond I will lose that right after the summons is issued. The message did give me a case number.
There was no identification of a company, law office, or information about the complaint or charges and after research I cannot find any reference to this in any scam reports, nor any valid organization behind it.
Just got the same call today. Called back and got "Please hold" and then spanish guitar music. I wonder if they know, or care, how illegal it is to do this.
