I just received a call from this number (402) 802-9938 about 10 minutes ago. I've had my phone number for 10 years and don't get odd callers. Anyways, I did a search on Google and it appears that this phone number is coming from a bar called "The Eclipse Tavern" in Omaha, NE. Check out the website at: http://www.omahacityweekly.com/clubs/?a=e
I just got a call from this number as well... looked it up on google to maybe figure out who called, or from where. Then found this list... Man I love the internet!
If they are calling your house phone or cell phone just register for the do not call list just copy and paste it into the address bar on the browser: https://www.donotcall.gov/register/reg.aspx . It's free to put your number (This is a government website).
