the caller is Michael Warfield. Of course no one believes it's his real name. He identifies himself as collector of payday loans. He threatens that you will be sued with felony. First step to do is call the state attorney general. Then call the sheriff so they could network to Lincoln Nebraska where this company is located. I can assure you they will go to hell with their big boss!
Be not afraid. It's a waste of time. Call the state attorney general's office and report the caller. They will never sue you. It's a scare tactic by a collection agency. Or you can answer their call and let them listen to a full volume radio or tv. Those freaks will stop and will scare someone else.

This sounds like the same group that has been calling me. It is always a woman that leaves a vm. Never states who she is, who she is calling from, and who she is wanting to speak to. I don't owe money and I won't pay some bottom feeding dirt debt company even if I did owe money.
