I fell for it being the real Gallup poll. First questions seemed legitimate, then started questions about abortion, LGBT, affairs, sex. I said, "This is [***]. You lied to me," and hung up
There is a Gallup poll office in Nebraska, and on their web site there are results of gay rights, etc., survey. But I still don't like the format of the questions and am glad I hung up.
Gallup poll. Yes they ask if you're happy with ACA & what your sexual orientation is but you are what you are. A little unexpected but you are what you are. No biggey.
Here's Gallup Inc. info http://www.bloomberg.com/research/stocks/priv ... ivcapId=3615000 and https://www.linkedin.com/company/gallup Didn't find a BBB report, guess they're to big to worry about anything under consumer rights and consumer protection. Didn't find any OPT-OUT options on their website but did find their Global Office listing http://www.gallup.com/corporate/171821/global-offices.aspx and a Nebraska office 1001 Gallup Drive Omaha, NE 68102 USA tel: +1.402.951.2003 Any demand for placement on their "internal do not call list" and should include all databases. It's not about their right to call. They just used up their right to call. It is about your rights as a consumer to not want to participate, nor be abused nor harassed.
