It's Verizon calling about your bill

I keep getting this and I don't even have Verizon?? I never have had Verizon before, and i've had the same phone # for about 9 years now

This number calls me several times a day asking for some Brian guy. I keep pushing the number to talk with a live person and tell them they have the wrong number. I do not know this guy and I do not use Verizon!!!!
I am so tired of telling them several times per day to remove my number, but they continue to harass me.
I put in a complaint to the FCC with no improvement noted. What do I have to do to get peace? Sue them?

I get this too, even after I pay my bill, I called Verizon through *611 and they told me it was not a number for them....I do not answer it!!!!
