Just received a call from this number. Totally sketchy, raising awareness for "breast cancer." When I asked for more information, Rachel (I think) pretended she didn't hear and said thanks and hung up.
Called the cell, left no message.
I live in NE where this call supposedly originated and can tell you that it is a spam call.

BTW these criminals have been spoofing numbers of legitimate businesses and people (both living and dead) in this area.
I missed a call that was supposedly from one of the school board members, I personally know this person, so I called this person back - of course, they didn't call me. I also received a call supposedly from our local power company (spoofed CID) so I answered that call - it was "Rachel With Credit Card Services" I filed complaint with the Feds and Called the Power Company (in NE it's publicly held so these people are spoofing essentially a state government agency) to let them know.
And recently received a call from a person I know that had recently died and I answered that one thinking it was from one of his family calling for some reason - again, "Rachel" calling.
What I am pointing out here, is please do not call these numbers back unless you know the person because these criminals are spoofing **real people'** and **real business** numbers in the 402 area code - I guess the criminals didn't get the memo that we had to add another area code to the 402 because we were running out of assignable numbers in the 402 area code, it used to cover the **entire** eastern third of the state!
