Multiple hang up calls to my cell phone from this number.  Finally today I called the number back -which took several attempts without being disconnected.  A guy answered and I demanded to be taken off the list and asked what company it is and why they are calling me.  He said "ERC" and told me he was looking for a woman whose last name is Ramirez.  That is not me and my cell has been the same for at least 15 years.  He said it takes 24-48 hours to be removed from their list.  I have looked in white pages and online and can't tell which "ERC" it might have been.  It is a common business name it looks like.
