Call back gets, "Toll free forwarding...the number you have dialed is no longer in service. To purchase service for this number...." So the number is spoofed. That spells SCAM. Block it.
Visa/Master Card, Credit Card Services, Student Loans, IRS, Microsoft, Medical Alert or 20 others. Take your pick. They are all scammers trying to get your credit card information. LOWLIFE CRIMINALS.

I told them what I found here and the hung up. I called back and got the 'toll free forwarding message as mentioned above.
