I have received calls from this number many times and it is from a college. I've also received calls from another number and I told them never to call me again. My answering machine picked up and they listened to the message on my voicemail and then hung up. I was very irritated the last time I received a call and it was the same person that I had told to never call my number again. The first and second time I received calls from the 402 number, I told them never to call again. These people obviously don't listen very well.
i just got a call from this 7000 # and its a college referral company that refused to provide me with the info on how they got my cell # there web site is http://www.collegereferrals.net. the people who picked up when i called it back are a few bricks shy of an load!
