The number (402) 936-7000 called me but left no message. I then called it back. For about 10 seconds I got music then somebody answered and knew my name (caller ID). He wanted to know if I wanted to take some courses or educational programs. I asked how he got my number. I did not get a good response. Then I said did you get it from Monster.com where I recently posted my resume? Still no response. He did say that I asked for the information. I said I did not and told him to not call my number again.
This is not a real scam but a telemarketer who gets your number whenever you sign into to Monster, CareerBuilder, etc. and see the pop ups for education. Somehow my name and number got into one of these.
Phone rang and I answered it and repeated "Hello" a second time; then said "you missed your chance" and hung up. Searched online for the number and found it out to be similar to another phone call received where I had called it back and found out it was someone saying I requested further education which I didn't do and told the person to take my name off of their call list. No Not Call Again!!
Some fool called and didn't say anything when I answered it. I called back and heard elevator music. Please find out who made this call and put a stop to it, thank you.
