Call on cell phone 10 am on 4-4-14. I declined call. Also received calls (which I also declined) from 402-951-9274 at 2:13 pm on 4-3-14 and 402-858-5094 at 4:18 pm on 4-7-14. My husband had answered a call from a 402 number before 4-4-14. The caller (a man) told my husband he was calling about a past-due gas bill. We have no past-due gas bills. So now I am declining all calls from numbers I don't recognize.
