no way to reach real person

They called me at supper time. I do not answer my phones at that time. I am getting calls all the time on my cell, but never on the land line. I think that the do not call list is a bunch of crap. I am on it with the cell phone, but did not put the land line on it. We keep reporting these callers but never see anything happen.
