Who called from 4029820581

I got a call from this number on 14 Apr 2009, but did not pick it up.  No message.

Got call from this number on 4/15/09, 7:49 pm PDT; no message. Junk. Grrrr.

I have gotten two calls over the last two days.  I am assuming it is a scam.  

It is a recording from some credit card company, regarding your current credit card.  It says, don't worry, there isn't a problem, but it can help me lower my credit card payments.  

Since I don't have any credit cards, I know that it is a scam....

I have received 7 calls from this number within 15 minutes.  Very rude any annoying.  Asked the caller who they were calling for - rude response. Kept calling and calling.  Do have the numbers and will turn them in to law enforcement if it continues.
