Received on cell phone call from 402-982-0719.
As soon as I picked up it started a recording apologizing for not being able to complete the call for Home Security Systems or something and said that the call originally came from 801-290-1040 and was for telemarketing purposes. Very strange.
I put myself on the do-not-call list years ago when cell-phone numbers were going to be made more accessible. Why would they be able to get this number?
