Called my cell phone at 6pm. He said they received my number from online.. I never give such info much less my phone numbers. He said he was giving free home security alarm systems with in home evaluations-consultation. I don't think so.. Strangers are not allowed in my home. The number is out of Omaha, Nebraska. An unlisted land line. He said he'd take my number off his list after I told him all my numbers were on Do Not Call Lists.
Just got the call. He offered a free alarm system if I put their signs in my yard. I told him I already have a fantastic security system with monitoring. He said some thing in regards to thanks for my time and hung up before I could ask him to remove me from the list. I’d have said it before anything else but I felt the need to let him know that I DO have a security system just in case they’re phishing for easy targets or something.
I did not get the name of the company but I do believe I spoke with “Jeff” and I will be filing a complaint since I’m both registered on the DNC and it was my cell phone.
