Got a call today.............Asked for me by name, and when I asked who was this, lost contact. Get a set of ear plugs, get a good loud whistle, and when you get calls like this, blow that whistle as hard as you can.........I'm getting tired of this crap.
I keep getting calls on my cell from this strange number. I want a Class Action Law suit against them for harassment. They just keep calling, no messages, no one speaks when I answer, and when I call back it's not a good number.
The good news is that the whole whistle/air horn thing will damage hearing. The bad news is that it will be your hearing that is damaged. That whistle/air horn thing is an urban myth.
First, in order to have a lawsuit you need to know who they are and where they are located so that they can be served. Second, class action lawsuits benefit the lawyers and the class get pennies. You are much better off filing your own TCPA lawsuit at $500 per phone call, possible treble or actual damages, and they get to pay your attorney fees to boot.
