Caller calls in and asks for a co-worker- gave me his name and company when asked but when i asked what the call was regarding he tells me "to introduce myself as part of his Dell team...." blablablabla
Sorry these Calls are a wastes of everyones time...We get "new reps" all the time and don't need to waste time getting to know ones name when he will just be replaced in a few months and another one will take his spot
This guy "Al" has called every day for over a week from "Dell" he claims, but he does not leave any voice mails, nor take the hint that his calls always go to voicemail or now (that I know I can) simply get "rejected" by me
It is a SecureWorks #. I work for them and I just called from the internal IM to find my phone and this was the number that showed up.
No idea why someone (possibly Sales?) would be reaching out that way.
This is dell secureworks calling you. They perform IT Security monitoring (and many other services) for business and .gov. If they called you in error let them know so that they can fix it.

SecureWorks...I didn't answer. A message was left that consisted of a BEEP and a hang-up. I guess they don't want to waste their time in case no one answers, eh? A**wipes.
