Midwest Joe...WOW...I am having the same trouble with Portfolio Recovery..I told them three times that the person the want does not live at this number, anyway I submitted about 15 numbers to the Do Not Call registry and complained and they haven't done a thing about this company.So the do not call registry Does Not Work.
Two calls today from two of the numbers on the list you've provided. No message left on the machine. CID says Portfolio Recovery. I reported to do not call.gov. We recently switched our home phone to our cable provider and since then we are bombarded with scam and harassing calls. Beginning to wonder if the cable company is selling numbers to scammers. We have never had this problem until we switched.
