I received a call today to lower the percentage on my Credit Card. I hit one and a woman came on the line, I ask her who she was looking for....no answer......ask her again what she wanted, then she hung up on me. I am on the "NO CALL" list but I see that doesn't do much good. Why do these people get away with this? It is bad enough on my land line, now I get them on my Cell Phone? Please give me a break!
I got the call and answered it. I pressed #1. Almost instantly, a representative answered, which was just another clue that it couldn't possibly be a legit credit card company (no hold time?!?). Some moron answered. I asked "What is the telephone number to reach your company?" and he promptly hung up.
I want to know who these people are. They need their faces rearranged.
