This number has been calling my family looking for me and threatening them if they don't give informatgion about me. If it is a bill collector how dare threaten my family. Is it legal?
Hi my name is Lisa,I also emailed you this info. I recieved a call from a Mr Scott. I have ignored him for the most part but he called a friend of mine and left a message that I have a fraudulent check and then he left MY social security number on her message.....I feel like its one thing to buy an account but to just leave my personal info on a message is irresponsible and he needs to be stopped so I would love to assist you in whatever way you need me.
I recieved a call yesterday and was told I needed to pay $800 so my driver license could not get suspended. I was very scared Hollinger was his name and he called everyone in my family before I heard from him why do they think that can do this to people? It was from 2005 thats a little to far back and with no proof! I dont think so!!
I received a call today from a Melissa telling me I owe a payday loan from a company named BMG in 2008 and if I don't pay, I will be prosecuted for check fraud. I told her I do not remember taking a loan and either way I have claimed bankruptcy. She stated to obtain proof that this debt is included in the bankruptcy and send it to her. I called my lawyer and told him about this person calling and he will be investigating the Luna company. Frankly I do not know who these people are or the BMG payday loan people. They are just wasting their time and money making fraud calls and allegations.
