Got a call from "inspector Bolton" about some debt related to a person who I don't know. Said it was "check fraud" and would report it to the local county authorities (out of state) - not possible legally. Found out the company is Mauconduit Luna. The number they left is traced to some residential address. Not sure how they are doing this. Told them to stop calling.
Give Ceasars what Ceasars and give the payday loan back the monies that u knw u used and be responsible for your actions and stop blaming others for your problem no one told u to take the loan....
stop taken what you can not payback if the monies are free you have nothing to worry about..funny no problems until you have to payback....our country is in the minus do your part and pay your bill....dont get mad.
Hopefully in the year of 2011 you will handle your business better and stop assuming loans are for free. How many years or what has to transpire that u would eventually have to stop taken and pay the people the monies back or US is in the minus and you take part of that...pay your debt and stop spending time getting mad for something you are responsible for... stop

I got a phone call from this guy by the name of Investigator Hollinger. He called with a supposed case number. First he said that I had an outstanding debt with Sallie Mae for a total of $612.00. Then he called back the following day and said that I had an outstanding debt with some payday loan company for the same amount. I HAVE NEVER APPLIED, NOR RECEIVED ANY PAYDAY LOANS!!!! He goes onto to telling me my old address( haven't lived there for 8 years) and my SSN. He goes onto say that I have to make a payment by 1/31/11 to stop them from turning my file to the state and county authorities. I called my attorney general's office and they told me if they can't send me any proof, then ignore them. I also filled out a complaint with their office as well. What this guy failed to realize is that when I actually looked the number up and traced the number, it came back to this: Tinisha Benjamin 428 Sylvia Drive, Forest Park, Ga 30297-2983. Phone number is: 404-228-6402. Its also listed as a land line phone, which means they're doing a phishing scam out of their home or one of their friends homes. Keep an eye on your credit report and report them tho your state's attorney general office, make a police report, and contact the FBI as well. These people don't have anything else to do.
