Calls all the time and hangs up

Called and hung up when my answering machine came on.  Left no message.  Caller id showed4042295677 but no location.

I just got one too.  Don't you get sick of these?  What do these people gain???

he calls and tells me that I had medical procedures done and I can get compensated for them. I tell him do not call me ever again and he keeps calling.

Caller ID said Adrian Vlaic. Let it go to voice mail but no message left.
