I called the number back a few times. I got someone on the phone that said I have registered with Mobile Money Machines. Which of course I hadn't.
He said my number would be removed from call lists.

I continue to get calls from this #. Set my semi-smart phone to reject them. Then I just clear my received calls log every so often.
